How to import my leads into Zoho CRM account?

In Zoho CRM, you can import your records using the Import My Leads feature.
  1. Click the Lead tab.
  2. In the Leads Home page, click Import Leads.


  3. In the Import Leads page do the following:
    1. Choose Import My Leads.
    2. Browse to locate and select the required file that is to be imported.
  4. Follow the step by step process to finish importing.
